The World Sleep Day Hungary took place on 18th March 2016 starting with a exciting professional conference and continuing with awarding Prestige Hotel Budapest with Sleepfriendly Hotel Award of 2016.

The World Sleep Day Hungary is an international event aiming to call attention for the importance of sleeping with a special focus on the quality of life. 3 years ago the Sleepfriendly Hotel Award was estbalished in Hungary in order to appreciate the efforts made by hotels for guaranteeing comfortable, relaxing and most importantly high quality sleeping for good health.
